Last updated: 5 August 2026
These terms govern access to platfcloud.digital and professional services offered by Platfcloud (“we”, “us”), operating from 23 Church Way, Bradworthy, EX22 6TA, United Kingdom.
Services
We provide advisory and analytics services related to platform adoption measurement, including instrumentation design, module uptake reviews, feature discovery analysis, tenant scorecards, and release impact reads. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written proposal or statement of work defines the binding scope, fees, and timeline for any engagement.
No online checkout
This website does not process payments. Pricing shown is indicative. Work begins only after mutual written agreement and any agreed deposit or invoice terms.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to event data, product surfaces, permission models, and stakeholder availability required for the engagement. Delays in access may extend timelines without constituting a service failure on our part.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Our underlying methods, templates, and prior know-how remain ours. You may not republish our site content without permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, our liability for any claim arising from site use or services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or decisions you make after receiving our analysis.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through forms. We may refuse or terminate communications that are abusive or fraudulent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
